Due to the evolution of the pandemic situation, national and international travel may be subject to restrictions imposed by local governments. To fill out the Passenger Locator Form in digital format, please follow these steps:

  3. Choose "Italy" as the destination country
  4. Register for the site by creating a personal account with user and password
  5. Fill in and send the dPLF following the guided procedure

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive at the email address indicated at the registration stage, the dPLF in pdf format and a QRcode that you will have to show at the time of boarding and/or anyone who is responsible for carrying out the checks.
